MEMBER AREA
The British Lebanese Business Group (BLBG) promotes business links between British and Lebanese organizations, enterprises and entrepreneurs for the mutual benefit of both countries through its commitment to regular meetings, guest speakers, communications and liaison with the British Embassy.
British Lebanese Business Group progression to NGO status.
Our next BLBG meeting
will be at the Radisson Martinez on Tuesday 14th May 2013 starting
at the usual time of 6:30pm.
Ms.
Abda Sharif is the deputy head of mission (DHM) at the British Embassy and she
has kindly agreed to address us. She will be the first DHM to do so for five
years. Given the recent change of government here, developments in the region
and changes to the way Foreign Office wishes disaster planning to be done her
timing is well-nigh perfect.
RSVP either via Linked
In or by email to Maguy. Although not essential, an indication of attendance or
not would be most helpful as meeting attendance this year has ranged between
fifty and fifteen.
We look forward, as
always on these occasions, to an informative, enjoyable and lively meeting.
As ever, a contribution is needed from all to cover the costs of the meeting for which a receipt will be given by the hotel staff on request.
